Pork available for pre order Whole and Half $6.50/lbs hanging weight or $6.25/lbs hanging weight if ordered before Apri 15th 2026.

At 280lbs live weight, the animal will be roughly 195lbs-205lbs hanging weight. This will provide approximately 130lb-150lbs of consumable meat. This can feed a family of four for up to eight months with moderate consumption (1x-2x a week).

Whole chickens available $5.50/lbs

Whole chickens are flash frozen and come vacuum sealed from Abattoire Charron to ensure quality and freshness.
